This machine is primarily designed for the induction hardening of large rotary bearings, internal gears, external gears, and gear surfaces. It is also suitable for the overall hardening of ring-shaped parts and the high-frequency induction heating and hardening of wheel and flat parts. Widely used in the induction heat treatment sector of industries such as wind power, automotive, construction machinery, and machine tools, the machine features a rational structure, comprehensive functions, and is convenient for installation and commissioning.
The machine tool features a cantilever type + rotary table structure, enabling the beam to carry the power load for vertical and horizontal movement to simultaneously quench the tooth surface of the workpiece. The workpiece, when laid flat, is aligned with the sensor and quenching surface through the 840DSL system, utilizing the load slide and mobile numerical control system to achieve overall hardening of the workpiece. The Siemens system ensures precise gap control with accuracy within ±0.2mm.
The complete equipment set comprises a beam and working cantilever, a heating load set, and an integrated induction hardening liquid spray sensor. It includes a manual operation interface with a flexible wire connection that can extend up to 1 meter from the load, offering functionalities such as power adjustment, liquid spray cutting, access for heating and cutting, and a displacement handwheel, facilitating operators to modify product models. Once adjustments are made, the system automatically records the settings, eliminating the need for further adjustments in subsequent mass production.
